When I am working in my studio I will be unable to answer the telephone. I may be wearing breathing gear and engaged in spray painting with a noisy extractor running, and working with an eclectic mix of music playing in the background, I probably will not hear the telephone ring, therefore you will find it much easier to email me with an outline of why you wish to speak with me, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Due to my hearing difficulties an email is my preferred form of first contact, and under normal circumstances I aim to reply to emails within twenty-four hours of receipt.

Please place an appropriate entry in the subject line, otherwise your email may succumb to the intervention of my anti-virus watchdog.
